The reunion of the famous pundits from the show Soccer Saturday has brought back the fruitful nostalgic memories among fans.
Chris Kamara, former football player and a football pundit had shared a pic of their gang who once used to be regular faces of every english football household on weekends.
Soccer Saturday is a Sky Sports show that was first aired in 1998 and has been the primary source of football news for English fans for more than two decades now.
Due to the 3pm blackout in United Kingdom, the Soccer Saturday is the only means for people in England to get live updates of simultaneous matches happening at the same time.
The show has had various presenters and pundits but few had etched their names in the hearts of people.
Chris Kamara is one among them and had been one of the analysts in the show for 22 years.
Starting from 1999, he had continued to be a part of the show until 2021, when the format of the show was changed.
He shared a picture with six other members from the show, Jeff Stelling, Matt le Tissier, Bianca Westwood, Charlie Nicolas, Tony Cottee, Phil Thompson, and Ian Condron (former producer).
Each of them had a defining run in the show with more than 20 years.
Jeff Stelling is the longest serving member among the troop who joined the show in 1994 and went on to be the sole presenter of the show until 2023.

When tv was worth fighting the missus, not doing the shopping, screw washing the car…i have 5 accas and I’m gonna shout for teams i dont like or even know, to try make a few bob for a Sat night out. Whilst listening to classic & comedic in-studio commentary and drinking tea! ❤️
@ShanklyBob77
Brilliant, the good times, can’t watch it now, soccer Saturday was and should still be like a gang of fellas who’ve just played and are now watching all the football and talking about it with humour and knowledge, it’s absolutely awful now.
@leedawson1_lee
If you let did a Saturday afternoon YouTube show in the style of soccer Saturday, sky would never get a viewer again.

“I dunno Jeff, has there? I ordered garlic mushrooms”\
