Italy have failed to qualify for a third FIFA World Cup in a row after losing to Bosnia and Herzegovina on penalties in the qualifiers.
On the other hand, Bosnia will make their second appearance in the World Cup Finals, after their debut in 2014.
Italy took an early lead with a brilliant finish from Moise Kean.
However, Alessandro Bastoni was shown a red card in the 41st-minute, and Haris Tabakovic scored Bosnia’s hard-earned equalizer in the second half.
The match finished 1-1 and eventually went to penalties, where the Italians were outclassed 4-1, ending their World Cup dreams.
What caught fans’ eyes was a giant banner unfurled by the Bosnian supporters, resembling a Visa document.

The banner read “Visa Approved,” symbolizing that the fans were headed to the Finals, which will be played in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Fans on social media also pointed out a hilarious detail, as the Visa document read “Yes Please” under the sex category.
