Brann travel to the Red Bull Arena in Salzburg for the second leg in the UEFA champions league qualifiers. Thomas Letsch’s team were shocked by the hosts as Sævar Atli Magnusson netted a goal, thanks to a wonderful ball from the keeper Dyngeland who got the assist. The Austrian side quickly took matters into their own hands after half time, as two goals in quick succession from Nene Dorgeles and Karim Onisiwo saw them take the lead. In the dying stages a goal in the 87th minute and 92nd minute saw the game flip and essentially put the tie to bed by the Austrians.
Team News
Salzburg are still without their prolific striker Karim Konate who is still out with a Cruciate Ligament injury.
