Everything You Need To Know About FC 26 Division Rivals Bounties

FC 26

EA Sports FC 26 has seen one of its biggest shake ups in the popular Ultimate Team Division Rivals mode with the introduction of Bounties.

This new feature aims to inject fresh incentive into every match, offering instant rewards and faster progression, regardless of the final score.

Here is a breakdown of what we know about FC 26’s Bounties and how they are changing the Rivals experience.

As many players may find rivals bit boring and dull compared to other modes such as Rush and Live Events they have decided to add this to give rivals a bit of a challenge and add freshness to the game.

It provides an incentive to actually play this mode as you can earn player packs for just completing an easy challenge.

Bounties are essentially randomly triggered in match challenges that pop up before you kick off your next Division Rivals match.

They are designed to reward players for accomplishing specific feats during the game, providing immediate gratification and keeping motivation high.

Unlike the weekly rewards that only arrive after the reset, Bounties offer instant rewards, making the grind feel less punishing and ensuring that every match has stakes. It should show up on the right hand side as showed in the image below.

Bounties cover a variety of in game objectives, many of which can be completed even if you end up losing the match.

They are pretty easy to complete such as score the first or last goal, score at least 2 goals before half time and keeping a clean sheet.

An added twist is the Bounty Duel, where both players in the match are assigned the same Bounty challenge.

In this head to head scenario, only the first player to complete the objective claims the reward, adding a layer of direct competition and intensity to the match.

The key change is that Bounties give players something tangible to play for in every game.

If you’ve hit your maximum weekly reward level, or if you’re stuck in a difficult division, Bounties offer a continuous flow of rewards and progression chances.

Now this all seems good so what seems to be the issue.

This feature seems to be bugged for most players, it seems like everything EA adds nowadays seems to have some sort of issue with it.

A major issue that has consistently frustrated players since the introduction of Bounties in Division Rivals is the frequent failure of the system to register completed challenges and award the correct rewards.

Players report that upon completing a Bounty’s objective such as scoring the first goal, keeping a clean sheet, or using a Team of the Week player the game often displays a red ‘X’ or marks the Bounty as incomplete after the match, regardless of whether the criteria were met.

Even when a Bounty is correctly registered as completed, many users do not receive the promised rewards.

The Bounty requiring the use of a TOTW player has been widely reported as particularly bugged, often failing to recognize the presence of a TOTW card in the squad.

EA has issued 3 patches soon to be four, however there has been no mention of anything regarding the bounty feature.

Let us hope that EA realises this issue and it gets resolved in the next patch soon otherwise many players may end up quitting rivals for other modes.
