In FC 26 Ultimate Team, the Icon Home Kit is typically not an unlockable reward but a direct purchase from the in game store.
Navigate to the Store: From the Ultimate Team main menu, go to the Store section.
Find the Kit: Look for a dedicated section, labeled “Season 1 Stadium Items”. The Icon Home Kit and Away Kit is featured here.
Purchase the Kit: You have two primary options for purchase, The Individual Kit, the Icon Home or Away Kit is available to buy separately keep in mind you only need to buy and equip the Home Kit for the objectives so you do need to purchase the Away Kit. This is the most direct and cost effective method if you only want the Home Kit and it will cost you 25000 Coins or 300 FC Points.
The Icon Stadium Bundle: If you also want the Icon Away Kit and other related stadium customization items (like badges, Tifos, Stadium Theme, and VIP Area), you can opt for the full bundle. However it costs a staggering amount, 139,750 coins or 1660 FC Points.
Once purchased, the kit is yours to use in all Ultimate Team game modes.
Go to your Club: Navigate to the “Club” section from the main UT menu.
Select Stadium: Choose the “Stadium” tab, and then “Club” again (or the Kits menu).
Equip: Select your Home Kit slot and switch it to the newly acquired Icon Home Kit.

Completing these objectives while wearing the kit will reward you with valuable Seasonal Progress, which helps you unlock rewards in the Season Pass. The objectives are usually quite simple and can be completed in any Ultimate Team game mode. All you need to do is, equip the Home Kit and Play 3 Matches, Score 3 Goals and Win 3 Matches while having the Home Kit equipped and you get 1500 SP for completing all 3 objectives.
