With the 2025-26 football calendar currently on the halfway line, leaks and rumors over the kits for the 2026-27 season are already rife.
Kit manufacturers like Adidas, Nike, Puma, and more have been working overtime coming up with gorgeous kits and it seems like Adidas has taken the lead and completed the entire set for one of the clubs.
Recently, a mega leak hit the internet as all four sets of Bayern Munich kits came to the surface.
Adidas, the kit manufacturer of Bayern Munich since the 70s, has been disappointing fans with the recent releases. However, much to the relief of Bayern fans, the leaked home kit gave them hope for the coming season.
And now, all of the kits have been leaked courtesy of X (formerly Twitter) user @sheeerox, who posted the renders of the four clips on social media.

The home kit is a classy red jersey with white stripes across the neck and the shoulders, alongside red shorts with white socks.
Similarly, the leaked away jersey has the same pattern but with white and navy blue stripes on the neck and shoulders. The shorts are navy blue as well, while the socks are white.
Taking the unconventional route, Adidas seems to have gone funky with the third and fourth kits. The third kit has a dark anthracite as the base color with splashes of fluorescent orange all over it. Moreover, there are fluorescent orange stripes across the neck and the shoulders.
The fourth kit is arguably the most standout kit as it features a never-before-seen design. This one features a black base with a multicolor floral pattern with flowers all over the jersey, creating a rather bold and eye-catching aesthetic.
Popular kit design leakster Footy Headlines chimed in to set the record straight, immediately pointing out the inaccuracies with the leaked home and away kit.

For instance, the home kit would feature a red and gold design with a thin striped pattern as opposed to the red and white plain design mentioned in the mega leak. The classic design will mark the return of red and gold for the first time since 2011-12.
Similarly, the away kit also had the wrong colors as the real kit is expected to feature a white base with navy blue and red shoulder stripes. Moreover, the upcoming kit is expected to feature the vintage Adidas Trefoil logo and the old Bayern Munich flag. The red detailing in the design aims to maintain the connection to the club’s traditional colors while also offering a fresh alternative.
However, the mega leak did get the third and fourth kits right as they’re indeed the actual designs for the upcoming season. The darker third kit offers a great alternative as a contemporary design that standards apart from the home and away designs. Meanwhile, the fourth kit is an ambitious attempt at something new and bold, marking a stark contrast to Bayern’s typical kit designs.
The kits are scheduled for a release in May 2026 ahead of Bayern Munich’s last home match for the 2025-26 season.
