Lamine Yamal Is Pumping Biceps Before World Cup But His Curl Form Has Fans Cringing

With the World Cup nearing, players have been putting the work on and off the pitch.

Be it honing their skills on the pitch with a ball or putting in the hours at the gym off the pitch, the World Cup preparation is in full fledge mode.

In a short posted by FC Barcelona on their YouTube channel titled ‘A recovery day with Lamine Yamal’. In the video, he was spotted wearing a bright blue barca tank top. Lamine Yamal was spotted training in the gym, doing bicep curls to strengthen himself before the World Cup takes place to make sure he is not injury prone during the World Cup and can give his best to the Spanish team.

Yet, there was a problem with him doing the bicep curls. His form was….questionable?

Lamine Yamal would not keep his arms stiff and his movement was jagged. His poor posture while performing the curl only added the fuel to the fire.

A proper way to perform a bicep curl is to keep your torso straight and arms stiff while performing the curl to make sure no injuries are sustained while doing so.

While standing properly upright, with your feet being apart from each other at the same length of your hips. With elbows glued to your torso and shoulders in a relaxed position.

While doing the curl, bend only the elbows and nothing else. take a pause at the top of the curl and inhale slowly while lowering the weights back to the starting position.

With fans celebrating Lamine Yamal’s will to keep himself fit before the world cup, many of the fans were also quick to point out his technique while doing the bicep curl and how miserable it was.

A lot of fans had received their answers as to why Barca Players were so prone to injury. Having a poor form during workout can only lead to injuries than making the body fit on the field and enable it to perform.

Fans were quick to point out his poor execution and the comments were hilarious to say the least.

A few fans questioned F.C Barcelona for not having proper instructors to guide players during their training session in the gyms. 

Despite all the criticism, some fans were happy to see Lamine training and strengthening himself before the World Cup.

With the World Cup nearing, fans can only hope Lamine stays fit and shows peak display of his skills on the pitch.
