Ted Lasso Season 4: AFC Richmond 2026 Home, Away And Third Kit Details

Football Kits, Nike, Ted Lasso

AFC Richmond are back on the pitch in Ted Lasso Season 4, and the fictional club has a fresh collection of kits for the 2026/27 season. Season 4 premiered on August 5, 2026, with a new episode arriving every Wednesday.

The 10-episode season is scheduled to finish on October 7. Episode 8, Follow the Anger, was released on September 23. Episode 9 arrives on September 30, before the season finale on October 7. The new season sees Ted return to Richmond to coach the club’s new women’s team, the Lady Greyhounds. And the new kits are already becoming part of the season’s football action. So, what are AFC Richmond wearing this season?

The new third kit is Richmond’s boldest look yet

The third shirt has an off-white base covered in an abstract pattern of purple, lilac and pink brushstrokes. Deep purple appears on the collar, cuffs and vertical details, while metallic gold is used for the Nike Swoosh and AFC Richmond crest.

The fictional sponsor, Pinter & Sons Private Banking, is also printed across the front in gold. The result is a much more colourful design than Richmond’s traditional home shirt.

The home kit keeps Richmond’s classic look

The newest Nike AFC Richmond Home Jersey shifts to a classic half-and-half split design featuring the traditional royal blue and red separated by a thin yellow line. It incorporates a subtle, all-over stylized fleur-de-lis pattern inspired by the Richmond borough’s coat of arms and updates the chest sponsor to “Pinter & Sons Private Banking”.Nike’s 2026/27 home kit keeps AFC Richmond’s familiar blue-and-red half-and-half design.

The shirt was officially launched on August 1 and is available through Nike and selected retailers.

The away kit goes bright orange

Richmond’s away kit takes a much louder approach.

The shirt is predominantly bright orange, with dark navy detailing on the collar, cuffs and side panels, plus white accents. The shorts and socks continue the orange colourway.

The colour also continues Richmond’s history of using orange for alternate kits.

Who actually makes AFC Richmond’s kits?

The answer is Nike.

The sportswear giant is producing Richmond’s current shirts and wider merchandise for Ted Lasso, including the 2026 Stadium Home jersey.

The home shirt is a Nike Dri-FIT Stadium replica and is currently listed at $100 on Nike’s US website.

Nike’s Richmond collection also includes T-shirts, hoodies and scarves, showing that the partnership goes beyond football shirts.

Can fans actually buy the shirts?

The home shirt is already available through Nike, with the men’s replica currently listed at $100.

The third kit is expected to launch soon, while the 2026/27 away kit will likely not be available for retail purchase, according to Footy Headlines.

Is there really a craze for AFC Richmond kits?

There are clear signs of strong fan interest. Before the new collection launched, Ted Lasso fans were already discussing where they could buy the new Nike shirts, with some saying they planned to purchase multiple jerseys.

Despite AFC Richmond being a fictional football club, its shirts have developed a real-world following. Fans have been discussing the new Nike collection online, while the price of the replica shirt has also sparked debate. At $100, the Richmond home jersey costs about as much as many real professional club shirts, giving fans another reason to talk about the club’s growing merchandise range.

A fictional club selling very real football shirts

That is perhaps the strangest part of Richmond’s kit story.

The club, its players and its stadium are fictional, but Nike is producing official merchandise that fans are genuinely buying.

The 2026 home shirt stays close to Richmond’s established identity, while the leaked third kit takes the fictional club in a much more experimental direction.

And with fans already buying the new shirts and waiting for the third kit to become available, AFC Richmond has managed to create something that looks increasingly familiar in real football: a fictional club with a very real kit craze.

And with Ted Lasso Season 4 still airing every Wednesday until October 7, Richmond’s latest shirts are not just merchandise — they are part of the club’s current story on screen.
