Jose Mourinho described three qualities that fellow Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo has as a football player that makes him better than the rest.

He has led teams like Inter Milan, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester United to many trophies and accolades.

Mourinho has overseen the growth of many players during his tenure as a coach. Most of them have been a part of legendary teams that have produced some of the biggest plays in the history of football.

One of the best players Mourinho has coached in his career is his fellow countryman , Cristiano Ronaldo.

During an interview with Portuguese media outlet O Jogo Mourinho listed three qualities that Ronaldo possesses , that makes him so different than his counterparts.

He said that ambition, motivation and pride are things that you cannot buy.

Other ‘superstars’ of the game become more complacent as they age. At 34, Ronaldo’s physique is ridiculous.

It is out of sheer motivation and the pride of being the best in the world that makes him so unique.
