Arsenal fans got a glimpse of what’s in store for them if the club manages to get their hands on Thomas Partey.
The Atletico Madrid defensive midfielder has been heavily rumored to make a move to London for a while now.
But things got serious yesterday as reliable journo David Ornstein claimed that Arsenal ‘have intensified their interest in signing’ Partey.
Needless to say Arsenal fans were overjoyed with the development and took to Twitter as Barcelona drew 2-2 against Atletico Madrid last night.
Thomas Parety pulled off a quintessential midfield performance with five tackles and three interceptions.
Arsenal fans particularly noticed what the Ghanaian did to stop Lionel Messi from going on one of his lethal marauding runs.
