Konami have gone and absolutely butchered Leeds United players’ faces in PES 21

It’s the beginning of a new era for Leeds United. Marcelo Bielsa’s men have finally returned to England’s top division after a 16-year hiatus.

However, the journey of the Whites has only just begun as they would want to carry on their upward trend and make a mark in the Premier League.

Leeds are doing everything in their might to make sure that the club is in the right position to compete with the best of the lot, be it sportingly or financially. Match week 1 provided a glimpse of just that, as Bielsa’s side went toe-to-toe with Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.

However, the one thing that appears to have let down the club is the eSports department. Fresh images from PES 2021 season update has surfaced on the internet and it’s safe to say the Leeds batch looks far from impressive.

Leeds United fans on Twitter cannot wrap their head around the fact that Konami has managed to do so horribly wrong in terms of their players’ in-game faces.

The likes of Patrick Bamford, Luke Ayling and Kalvin Phillips have got their faces resembling far from what they do in real life. Check out the in-games faces of LUFC players below –
