Juventus Away Kit Gets the Liberal Youth Ministry Treatment, And the Result is Pure Energy

Italian clubs look to have smashed it this season with their respective kit designs. While second-tier side Venezia has stuck with their high standards, as usual, the top dogs of Serie A too have stepped up their game for the 2022-23 campaign.

Defending champions AC Milan have gone with a classic design for their home kit which also has the Italian flag on the arm sleeves while Juventus have been the most creative of the lot who have gone for the exact opposite option.

The Bianconeri home kit has ditched the vertical black stripes and has instead incorporated designer printed stripes to go along with the base white. This home kit also combines well with the club’s away kit for which Adidas have gone with a full black base shade clubbed with a faded designer print.

This standout design was inspired by the club’s night matches at the Allianz Stadium where the pre-match tradition features a light show of blinking white lights ahead of kick-off.

Having only announced the release of this brand-new away kit earlier this week, it looks like Juventus is set to reveal another new kit in the coming days.

As per reports, the Italian giants have collaborated with Mexican designer brand Liberal Youth Ministry (LYM) to re-design their Adidas away kit to release a remixed collection.

The collection has reworked the away kit to capture the spirit of the fan atmosphere from the stands, which is such an integral part of football games. This has led to the use of graffiti designs of match balls and bright shades such as pink and green being combined with the black kits.

Few kits also appear to have distressed designs to ensure that it is in taste with prevailing fashion standards. Underneath the tattered football kit, LYM has combined it with garments from their own lines such as hoodies and shirts.

The new line is set to release exclusively on Dover Street Market on Saturday. While the London-based multi-brand retailer has exclusive stores in the US, Japan, Singapore and China, Juventus supporters will also be able to order these fresh remixes from their e-shop.

After the club outdid itself back in 2019 with their Juve x Palace jerseys that were in high demand, it looks like the Italian club has once again produced another tasteful collab which has once again blown away the footballing world.
