Erling Haaland has been nothing short of a sensation this season, having effectively surpassed all the expectations placed upon him.
The imperious striker has ripped apart the ‘Bundesliga Tax’ allegations, and he continues to look unstoppable.
The 22-year-old has netted a whopping 44 goals during his debut season for Manchester City, while also grabbing 6 hat tricks.
Backed up by these ridiculous figures and his stoic yet playful persona, Haaland is a constant topic of discussion amongst fans.
His display against Southampton during City’s most recent game had fans talking once again, albeit for reasons other than Football.
City were at its best at St Mary’s, and so was the Norwegian.
The Cityzens dominated the game with ease, and eventually earned the lead at the cusp of the halftime whistle.
Haaland darted past his marker to meet a Kevin De Bryune cross, which was converted via a deft header.
Grealish added the second before Haaland secured his brace through an acrobatic volley, one that deserved plenty of rewatches.
In the end, City walked away with all 3 points and Haaland with another brace to his name.
But his performance wasn’t the only thing that caught the attention of fans online.
The Norwegian typically tucks his long hair underneath a hairband during games, but against Southampton, he opted to let them breathe for a bit.
Haaland pulled the band away and let his hair down while walking into the dugout for the halftime break, a sight that was captured by one of the broadcast cameras.
The video soon found its way online, and it didn’t take long for fans to obsess over it.
The striker’s luscious long hair have never gone unnoticed, owing to its blonde color, impressive volume, and even its luster.
On numerous occasions, fans have begged Haaland to reveal his hair care routine, and it’s easy to see why.
Seeing his locks in all their glory at Southampton was quite the sight, evoking images of a proper Viking, or alternatively, the storied hair of Disney Princess Rapunzel.
Calls for the immediate release of his hair care routine returned once again, alongside a wise sponsorship suggestion for the striker: sign a deal with a shampoo brand.
The video was particularly appreciated by Haaland’s female fanbase, who likely know a thing or two about conditioning long hair.
