Recently, Ian Wright was seen covering an FA Cup match between Eastleigh and Reading for the ITV network the other day. But to everyone’s surprise, the conversations over him blew up around a different subject than the actual match which no one could have seen it coming.
The temperature at Silverlake stadium, home of Eastleigh, was at freezing temperature, and everyone had to wear thick jackets to stay warm. The sudden wardrobe change brought out Ian Wright’s fashion to several voices.
Ian Wright wore a dark green Moncler x Adidas Bonneval padded coat worth up to $2799. Wright’s choices have been received as a mixed bag by the internet.
While some see the humour in it, others outright think it does not look good. Some others posted sarcastic compliments and have made several jokes about it. The best jokes stem from how big the jacket actually is. This size has made fans compare it to Michelin man, the mascot of the Michelin tires company.
They have also asked where they could find one like Wright’s coat. It is available at Moncler or Adidas websites and if it’s out of stock, there are other third-party websites that sells them too.
Some have criticized the price of the jacket, saying there are better looking coats for just $200. Fans don’t see to love the color either. While some are not happy, others try to find the coat to be a joke.
There are so many jokes and theories being created as to explain the jacket. Gunners legend, recently unveiled his collection with Adidas and now a few days later he unveils this jacket as part of his fashion. What most fans go back to is just how big and bad the jacket is, it also coming in a dull khaki color and that certainly didn’t help him anyway.
He also got compared to emergency slide on an airplane and also if they find his cord, they can pull it and make into a lifeboat. Jokes aside, people love Ian Wright, and his football takes.
