If you have been to a Manchester United match or paid attention during a broadcast, you might have noticed a tune playing at the time of team entrance. It is the 1983 song ‘This is the one’ by Manchester rock band The Stone Roses.
The reason we are discussing about the song and the band is that Manchester United have decided to make this relationship even deeper by joining hands with The Stone Roses to bring out an apparel for the team.
In some leaked images, a black shirt can be seen out and about with the tags showing The Stone Roses logo alongside the club and adidas logos. The shirt seems to be a player warm-up top for the pre-match preparations.

The shirt has a unique all over pattern running with yellowish the shirt on a black base and the accents with all the logos are all in yellow.
On carefully observing, it turns out that this pattern resembles the artwork of debut Stone Roses self-titled album 34 years ago.
The band, especially the lead singer Ian Brown is a lifelong fan of the Red Devils and can be seen in attendance quite often.
Enthusiastic fans can’t wait for the kit to be out but are wondering about the price point to see how big of a hole it will burn in their pockets. The shirt apparently, is going to be available in the market as early as January/February.
It was rumored a while back that there is going to be an exclusive Adidas x The Stone Roses for the club but no kits were in sight. It seems like the rumors were true and there might be plenty more to come.
