Thomas Muller Grows a Beard While Jamal Musiala Debuts Baby Moustache

Bayern Munich, Jamal Musiala, Thomas Muller

Thomas Muller is one of FC Bayern Munich’s most legendary players, while Jamal Musiala is building his legacy at the Bavarian giants to become a legend himself. The two players played together for a long time, with Musiala receiving many lessons from Muller. Now that Muller has moved to MLS to play for Vancouver Whitecaps FC, Musiala is in charge of reigning in midfield. Even with different playing styles, since Muller was someone who always looked for a way to score a goal and Musiala is someone with more technique, faster and more skillful, they are two players who, in Muller’s case, marked a before, and in Musiala’s case, he is marking the present of the team and is already considered one of the best midfielders in the world.

And they differ not only in their playing style, but also in their appearance and origins. Muller is completely German, while Musiala, despite being born in Stuttgart, is of Nigerian and British descent through his father and German and Polish descent through his mother, actually, Musiala went on to play for England in the Under-17 and Under-21 teams as well before playing for Germany. We’re talking about their appearances because both players never managed to sport a noticeable beard or mustache in their respective careers, well, that was until now when things changed.

Due to the international break, Thomas Muller has been training with his former team in recent days to stay in shape. He has been seen training at the FC Bayern Munich training center, and many have been surprised to see him looking a little different than before. Muller currently has a fuller beard than his usual beard, which is a very peculiar look that a lot of people didn’t see before.

Fans and journalists have taken more photos of his with this new look. It is definitely a peculiar change for him, although there is no denying that it looks good on the German legend.

On the other hand, we have Musiala, younger and from a slightly different background than Muller. Musiala had been out for a while after injuring his ankle during their match against PSG in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. He was recently seen in a photo, where he seems to be doing well and where he sports a light mustache and a small goatee.

Clearly, his mustache was the subject of the photo, which is also a peculiar look for the German wonderkid. However, fans were also quite happy to see him after the severe injury he went through. Moreover, some people highlighted that he looked in a good mood, which is nice to see when considering the struggles of recovering from a serious injury.

It’s good to know that Musiala is recovering from his injury. Bayern Munich is waiting for him, as he’s one of their best and most important players. We wish him a speedy and full recovery and hope he doesn’t suffer anything like this again. He’s a player with a bright future and will be very important to his team in the years to come, not just this season.
