Morgan Burtwistle, more commonly known as ‘Angry Ginge,’ is a contestant in the current season of the UK reality TV show “I’m A Celeb” which is being televised on ITV in the United Kingdom.
The viewers of the reality show were left heartbroken as the saw Angry Ginge breaking down in tears during Monday night’s episode.
Angry Ginge, who is a lifelong Manchester United fan, confessed to the cameras that he broke down as he was missing his family after looking at the picture and also admitted that the camp’s staple food of beans and rice wasn’t helping either.

After looking at the photo of his family, Morgan revealed:
“It’s a bit of a sh*t day really, I just feel as though I’m missing home, missing speaking to my family, food and drink as well is a massive part but they say you have up days and down days.”
“I’m holding it in. I suppose it’s just one of my down days.” [Manchester Evening News]
This comes after Morgan had won over the viewers in the Sunday night’s episode where, Jack Osbourne (Ozzy Osbourne’s son), who is also a contestant on the show also broke down in tears as he recalled it had been four months since the passing of his father.
Ginge was seen consoling Jack as he told him “men cry too” while giving a pat on his shoulder.
At a time where there is still a stigma around men showing their vulnerability, Ginge was praised on Football Twitter for exposing his vulnerable side, rather.
Ginge has always been known as a funny and jokey character through his YouTube videos but when something like this came up on TV, viewers also got to see the other side of him.
angry ginge is genuinely such a good example for younger men. openly crying on tv because he misses his family. absolute legend 🫶🏻 #ImACeleb
