The streets of North London transformed into a massive sea of red and white as Arsenal celebrated an incredible, historic achievement. For the first time in 22 years, the Gunners were crowned Premier League champions.

Mikel Arteta’s side secured the title, finally ending more than two decades of waiting since the legendary 2003/04 Invincibles era. The triumph brought massive relief and ecstatic joy to a fan base that had endured years of agonizingly close second-place finishes.

To honour the monumental achievement, the club organized an open-top bus parade through Islington on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Over half a million supporters packed the route, lining the streets from Holloway Road to Upper Street.

The atmosphere on the deck of the bus was completely chaotic. Players were dancing, letting off smoke canisters, and singing directly into microphones to hype up the roaring crowds below.

Amid the absolute pandemonium, defender Ben White quickly stole the spotlight.

Ben white was a vital pillar for Arsenal this season, dominating the right flank defensively with his tactical intelligence to secure the premier league title.

He stepped in a crucial time when Arsenals main right-back Jurriën Timber got injured.

Known across the football world for his extremely laid-back, stoic, and unbothered demeanour, he completely shed his calm persona.

White famously projects a cool, detached vibe on the pitch. On top of the bus, however, he became the team’s ultimate instigator of chaos.

He spent hours playfully tormenting his teammates and interacting with the crowd in the most unexpected ways.

He grabbed the microphone to scream random, unfiltered chants, yelling “Hincapie get your f****** bum out” over the loudspeaker. The chat was a pure banter to Hincapie’s wardrobe malfunction when his shorts were accidentally pulled down in a challenge against Burnley’s Axel Tuanzebe.

He also aggressively forced a hoarse Declan Rice to rap “Rice, Rice baby” to the massive crowd below. “Rice, Rice baby” is an infamous fan chant for Rice himself, based on the famous 1990 song “Ice, Ice Baby” by Vanilla Ice.

But his most legendary moment of pure menace behaviour came down to a wild interaction with the surrounding environment.

While the bus was slowly crawling past a sea of fans, The fast-food chain “Big Juicy Burgers” decided to launch a fully intact hamburger straight up onto the top deck.

Without a single second of hesitation or even a passing thought about hygiene, White calmly walked over, picked up the mystery burger, and happily ate it right then and there while continuing to party.

To top off his unhinged run, he then turned his attention to his own captain, Martin Ødegaard.

White playfully snatched the midfielder’s luxury designer glasses right off his face.

While cracking up laughing, White did not even think twice before throwing the luxury glasses—reportedly worth a staggering £1,200—straight into the massive crowd of fans below.

The wild move cemented his status as the undisputed king of parade banter.

The wild afternoon solidified Ben White as an absolute cult hero, proving that Arsenal’s coolest defender knows exactly how to match the chaotic energy of a historic title celebration.

Despite falling into a squad role under Timber and battling injuries, Ben White is currently being linked to Everton, who offer a direct route to regular, first-team football this summer.
