Under the tutelage of new coach Cristian Chivu, Inter Milan enjoyed a strong 2025/26 season. They dominated on the domestic front, comfortably winning the Scudetto by finishing top of the Serie A by 12 points, which was closely followed by a Coppa Italia title.

Heading into the new season, the Interisti have plenty to look forward to. In addition to the potential for more trophies, their all-new away kit has also been generating plenty of excitement amongst fans.

Earlier this week, Inter Milan unveiled the design of their away shirt for the 2026/27 season. These designs are part of a broader creative campaign by Nike, named “Different Fields. Same Belonging”, and were first revealed live on stage at Fanatics Fest in New York City.

Intended to be a direct fusion of European football culture and classic American baseball heritage, the kit uses a clean white base-layer as the canvas, covered by sharp blue pinstripes wrapping around the entirety of the torso section.

That is not the only striking style choice, as this shirt also replaces Inter’s usual crest with a an oversized, twill-appliqué “I M” monogram, which seems to be a homage to how American baseball franchises usually design their team logos.

This is the first time in the club’s history that a kit has been designed without using the traditional crest.

There are also plenty of other subtle details on display. The collar of the shirt follows the usual concept principles of past Inter Milan kits, and it contrasts against the overarching white theme by matching the colour of the blue stripes. Right below the collar area, there is some text which reads “Inter Milano”.

Nike have also ensured there is plenty of substance to go with the style. The shirt is built using Nike’s latest Aero-FIT technology, which provides enhanced air circulation on the pitch, ensuring players can perform at their best without sweat or moisture weighing them down.

The shorts also follow a similar aesthetic, making for quite an eye-catching look.

To go with these kit designs, Inter Milan have also launched a lifestyle line designed by renowned designer by Alessandro Simonetti. Some of the standout pieces included in this are a button-down variant of the match jersey, a varsity-style dugout jacket featuring white sleeves with a blue body, and an official New Era-style baseball cap.

Preparations for the new season are now in full swing, and Inter Milan look to be in a good place to compete on all fronts once again. Already boasting one of the most talented squads in Italy, the Nerazzuri have added some additional quality by signing the likes of midfielder Aleksander Stankovic and goalkeeper Ivan Provedel.

As a result, most bookies have Inter as favourites to repeat their exploits from last season and win another league title. While it remains to be seen if they live up to these expectations, they are sure to look like champions whenever they take the field, thanks to these new designs.
