Marcus Thuram has found himself at the centre of a fresh dating rumour after the Inter Milan and France forward was spotted shopping in Milan with American model and internet personality India Love.
A video posted by X account MoreManu on September 21 showed Thuram walking through Milan carrying shopping bags, while Love was also seen in the footage. The post described Love as a “former OF model” and quickly went viral, crossing eight million views by the time of the screenshot.
But does the sighting actually mean Thuram and India Love are dating?
The Milan sighting behind the rumours
The video confirms that Thuram and Love were in the same location, but it does not establish the nature of their relationship. Reports from Complex and Pulse Sports said the Milan outing sparked dating speculation, with neither Thuram nor Love publicly confirming that they are a couple. The speculation did not begin with the Milan video, either. According to Complex, online users had already started connecting the two in July after noticing similarities between photographs from Love’s holiday in Greece and pictures posted by one of Thuram’s friends. Those observations fuelled rumours, but there was no public confirmation of a relationship. Now, the sighting trip has given those rumours another life.
Who is India Love?
India Love, whose real name is India Westbrooks, is an American model and internet personality who became widely known through social media and the reality series The Westbrooks.
She has also previously used OnlyFans. In a 2025 conversation with boxer Ryan Garcia, Love discussed leaving the platform after content was leaked to members of her family.
That history explains why the phrase “former OF model” has become part of the current Thuram story. However, calling someone a “pornstar” simply because they previously had an OnlyFans account would be an oversimplification. The available reporting identifies Love as a model/influencer and discusses her previous OnlyFans activity; it does not establish that she is a pornographic actress.
Nicolas Pépé’s relationship made a similar headline
Thuram isn’t the first footballer whose romantic life has become a major talking point because of an association with the adult-content industry. Nicolas Pépé had a publicly reported relationship with former adult-film performer Teanna Trump. Their relationship attracted considerable attention during Pépé’s time at Villarreal, before the footballer announced that he was single in April 2026. Pépé was subsequently linked online to another former adult-film performer, Lana Rhoades. But that story is a useful example of how quickly social-media speculation can turn into a dating headline: reports noted that there was no evidence verifying the alleged relationship. Iker Casillas had a confirmed relationship with Claudia Bavel
Former Real Madrid and Spain goalkeeper Iker Casillas also found himself in the spotlight after being linked with Spanish adult-content creator Claudia Bavel in early 2025. There is also a much older example involving former Real Madrid and Denmark midfielder Thomas Gravesen. In 2005, Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet reported that Gravesen was dating Danish adult-film actress and model Kira Eggers. Eggers herself confirmed the relationship at the time, saying that she was seeing Gravesen and describing herself as in love. The relationship lasted for several years. For now, there is no public confirmation from either of them. The Milan video is real, and the pair were clearly seen in the same shopping trip. There were also earlier social-media theories connecting them. But neither piece of evidence establishes that Thuram and Love are romantically involved. And that’s the important distinction between the current Thuram story and confirmed examples such as Pépé and Teanna Trump, Casillas and Claudia Bavel, or Gravesen and Kira Eggers. For now, Marcus Thuram and India Love are linked by a viral sighting and a growing online rumour — not by a confirmed relationship.
