How Much Does it Cost to Dress Like Brighton Manager Fabian Hurzeler?

Fabian Hurzeler, Football Fashion

Brighton and Hove Albion manager Fabian Hurzeler, who recently masterminded the club’s sensational comeback victory against Manchester City, is making the headlines not for his tactics but for his cool dressing sense. The German manager is on his second managerial season in the English top-flight and has made quite a name for himself.

Since taking over as manager of the Seagulls, Fabian Hurzeler has drawn appreciation for his system and philosophy. The 32-year-old, who is the youngest manager to be ever appointed permanently in the English top division, revolves his tactics around quick, direct passing with positional fluidity and aggressive pressing.

His philosophy helped Brighton finish 8th in the league table last season and only missed out on a European spot by just 5 points. Fabian Hurzeler’s men accumulated 24 points against the Big Six of the league, earned 23 points from losing positions and even defeated Liverpool on the final day of the 2024/25 season with a very young team.

Premier league viewers and football pundits – all saw what he is capable of doing with the tactics board last season. This season, however, he is in the news for his highly stylish outfit choices, most recently seen during Brighton’s final game before the international break, where they came back from 1-0 down to beat Man City 2-1 at the Amex stadium.

Inside the cool drip of Fabian Hurzeler. What does he wear and how much does it cost?

We have all seen managers in their usual get-ups, either professional suit and ties or club tracksuits but Fabian Hurzeler does it differently.

Against Manchester City, he chose to put on a grey jacket with the usual trousers and saw his team drop a second-half masterclass against Pep Guardiola’s deteriorated City team. The jacket or pullover and the trousers were not just some regular clothing, it’s a fashion style known as “Terrace Culture” that Hurzeler has adopted after coming to England.

Looking at his family background, it’s no wonder why Fabian Hurzeler is so stylish and likes to put on expensive clothing. He was born in the United States to an American father and a Swiss mother and we all know that the two countries are among the world’s best when it comes to styling and luxury clothing.

Fabian Hurzeler was also seen wearing an all-black Stone Island quarter zip knit sweater that costs 375 British pounds. For those who don’t know, Stone Island is a luxury Italian clothing line and Fabian is mostly seen wearing the same brand during Brighton games.

Against Manchester City, Hurzeler’s entire drip costed more than 1000 dollars with his Stone Island Jacket alone coming at a range of 800-880 dollars.

In another photo, Fabian can be seen wearing a Stone Island overshirt in the stands of the Amex stadium for an interview with GQ.

This piece of clothing is from the brand’s SS25 Ghost collection line which costs more than 2000 dollars.

During the GQ interview last year, Fabian Hurzeler opened up about his resonation with Stone Island and how he was able to blend into the terrace culture of English football.

“We don’t have this terrace culture in Germany. Fans just usually wear football jerseys. It was only a few weeks ago I learned about the history of Stone Island, their emphasis on tradition and their values. I completely identify with it, this idea of being humble, staying grounded and sticking to tradition.”

With an entire season yet to be played, it will be interesting to see what else does Fabian Hurzeler has in his closet and if he will be able to build on his terrific managerial start in the Premier league. Up next, after the international break, Brighton will take a trip to the Vitality stadium for their 4th league match against Bournemouth on 13th September.
