The Star in Motion Evolution has dropped and has quickly become a highly sought after upgrade, designed to elevate a qualifying player’s card to elite status.
This evolution celebrates the rise of young football stars, notably inspired by the flair and precision of players like Jamal Musiala.
Completing the evolution grants substantial stat boosts, overall rating increases, and new PlayStyles, which are crucial for strengthening your squad for competitive modes like Division Rivals and the Champions Weekend League Finals.
To utilize the Star in Motion Evolution, you must select a player card that meets a specific set of criteria.
It’s a free Evolution, but it must be claimed within a certain time frame by those who qualify as Club Members by logging into previous and current EA FC titles before a specific deadline.
Player Criteria
- Overall Rating: Maximum 85
- Pace: Maximum 85
- PlayStyle/PlayStyle+: Maximum 10/1
- Position: Must be a CAM (Central Attacking Midfielder) at a minimum, though other positions may also be included depending on the player’s base card.
- Exclusion: Not Rarity: World Tour Silver Stars (due to a previous temporary issue that was patched).
Before a recent patch, players could exploit a loophole allowing Silver Stars cards like Pelé and Bobby Charlton alongside the Undead Lion EVO.
This resulted in some absolutely overpowered cards, turning Pelé, for instance, into a mental force. However, if you completed that EVO on him before the patch, that specific Pelé card is now ineligible for Silver tournaments.
The Star in Motion Evolution is typically completed over four levels, offering cumulative and significant improvements.

The best candidates are typically those who start with high or near max potential in specific stats, making the final card truly elite.
