He does not stop here and goes on to say how his favourite celebration is standing still after scoring and looking at fans, just like he did after scoring on Arsenal.

These comments from Cherki had fans talking as the Arsenal reference goes on to show how he takes the long rivalry between the two teams seriously and is willing to show up against Arsenal whenever they play them.
While the Frenchman did not launch direct insults, he indirectly showed how Guardiola’s Man City is incomparable to Arteta’s Arsenal.
The rivalry between the two teams has become toxic over the years, with both teams fiercely competing with each other for the Premier League title, not only this year, but over the years as well.
The comments about Pep go on to show the close relationship he shares with his players and how they hold him in high regard and are willing to trust his tactics over their judgment on the field.
