Arsenal and Emirates are celebrating 20 years of partnership, marking one of football’s longest running and most recognizable sponsorships. The collaboration, which began in 2004, has officially been extended until the end of the 2032/33 season, ensuring the relationship will continue for nearly three decades.
Under the new agreement, Emirates will remain Arsenal’s front-of-shirt sponsor for the men’s, women’s and academy teams, continue as the club’s official training kit partner, and retain the naming rights to Emirates Stadium.
From the 2027/28 season, the shirt branding will be simplified to display only “Emirates” instead of “Emirates Fly Better.” Reports also claim Arsenal will earn £65 million per season for the 2026/27 and 2027/28 campaigns before the deal rises to £75 million annually from 2028/29 through 2032/33.
To mark the milestone, Arsenal released a campaign titled “History in the Making,” featuring club legend Per Mertesacker guiding viewers through a fictional north London antiques shop. Each item inside represents a memorable moment, player or symbol from the Emirates era.

Among the highlights is the Thierry Henry Rug, celebrating Henry’s emotional return in 2012 when he came off the bench to score the winning goal against Leeds United in the FA Cup.

The Santi Cazorla Plate honors his stunning free kick against Hull City in the 2014 FA Cup final, which sparked Arsenal’s comeback before ending a nine-year trophy drought.

The Bukayo Saka Jug recognizes the Hale End graduate’s journey to becoming one of Arsenal’s biggest stars, while the Kelly Smith Teapot pays tribute to the Arsenal Women legend, who won 11 major trophies and scored 130 goals in 156 appearances.

Other displays include the North London Derby Tifo Plate, inspired by the giant fan display designed by Dan Evans, and the Olivier Giroud Cuckoo Clock, celebrating the French striker’s Puskas Award-winning scorpion-kick goal against Crystal Palace in 2017.

The Emirates Cabin Crew Hat reflects one of the airline’s most recognizable symbols, while the Globe Drinks Cabinet, topped with an Emirates Boeing 777-300ER, represents the airline’s role in connecting Arsenal supporters across the world.

The collection also features the Champions Parade Bus, commemorating Arsenal’s recent Premier League title celebrations as hundreds of thousands of supporters filled the streets of north London, and the “Home of the Champions” Banner, marking Emirates Stadium’s place at the heart of the club’s latest success.

The celebrations will continue during the Emirates Cup in which Arsenal will face Borussia Dortmund on August 9 at Emirates Stadium, where supporters can enjoy themed matchday activations and an exhibition inside the Emirates Lounge.
Arsenal also confirmed that Global Gooners, which brings international fans to Emirates Stadium, will continue under the renewed partnership, reinforcing a relationship that has helped shape the club on and off the pitch for the past two decades.
