Lionel Messi found himself to be the center of attraction during Argentina’s preparation for the Copa America.
The U-17 squad managed by Pablo Aimar had training sessions with the Argentine men’s football team. The young lads had to wait in line from both sides in-order to get a picture with the Argentine mastermind.
Preparation period
The senior squad continue their preparation for the Copa America that will commence on the 14th of June in Brazil.
The U-17 squad also have the World Cup coming up which will also be held at Brazil and a results of which a combined training session for the two took place.
And the young lads did not miss out on the opportunity to get a picture with Messi.

Watching them line up one by one really makes us feel that this was a meet and greet session!
Credit to the Barcelona legend for having the patience and taking time to individually pose for pictures with the squad.
The lads absolutely had a good time training and watching the best and learning from the squad. The experience they gain from the senior players such as Aguero, Di Maria, Otamendi and Messi will be very vital to their preparation for the U-17 World Cup.
