Rangers players caught on cam modeling new Castore home kit at Ibrox

In what was his second tenure as the Rangers boss, Steven Gerrard yet again failed to deliver domestically.

Failing to catch up with rivals Celtic in the league and crashing out of the Scottish Cup in the quarter-finals has left the Rangers faithful with a lot to be desired from the next season.

Therefore, Steven Gerrard and co. are desperate to get back into competitive action.

As the team gears up for the next season of the Scottish Premiership, new kit partners Castore have started unveiling the club’s outfit for the upcoming season.

The official training kits from the UK based brand were released on Rangers’ social media handle.

However, according to the club’s Commercial and Marketing Director James Bisgrove, an official reveal of the home, away, and third strips is still “a few weeks away.”

Despite the formal statement, this Rangers fan’s exploits have all but confirmed the outlook of the club’s home outfit for the 20/21 season.

Twitter user @12Dazza spotted the team modeling for a kit inside the Ibrox Stadium.

The outfit heavily resembles the fresh leaks (see tweet below) of the home kit for the 20/21 season which surfaced online today.

The leaks revealed a strip that had little variations from Hummels’ version of the club’s 19/20 outfit.

Carrying on Rangers’ traditional royal blue colour, the kit was accompanied by and red-white trim on the cuffs and the collar.

The 32 Red sponsor logo and the kit sponsor logo have also been rebranded according to their current versions.
