Football fans who tuned in to watch the Sky Sports programme Gillette Soccer Saturday were in for a surprise as Michael Dawson called one of Leeds United’s fan-favourites a Liverpool player during the show.
Former-footballer-turned-pundit Dawson had a huge brain fart moment live on air as he said – ‘Raphinha for Liverpool is a joy to watch’.
The Brazilian winger tormented Lucas Digne throughout the 90 minutes and was one of the standout players during Leeds’ 2-2 draw against Everton as he grabbed his side a point with a smashing goal in the 72nd minute.
Leeds United fans will hope that the former Spurs defender is not some kind of clairvoyant as Raphinha has often been linked with the red side of Merseyside.
