Arsenal had a very special fan in the form of TV star Kim Kardashian attend their Europa League game against Sporting Lisbon on Thursday.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians sensation was spotted in the VIP section of the Emirates Stadium.
It appears that she is actually an Arsenal fan and brought her son Saint West to the game with her. The little kid is also a Gooner and wanted to see his favorite players in action live at the Emirates Stadium.
Unfortunately for both of them, it appears that the ‘Kardashian curse’ struck the Gunners – as they ended up being knocked out of the Europa League after losing in the penalty shootout.
Arsenal fans weren’t exactly thrilled to see her attend the game, with most generally confused over why she turned up in the first place.
The most famous Kardashian became the butt of hilarious memes and jokes on social media, but there is one particular one regarding Crystal Palace that is brutally funny.

After Kardashian was pictured to be attending the Arsenal game, a UK rapper Poets Corner – who is part of the rap group Vibbar – made a really clever joke about the situation. He tweeted out: “I thought Crystal Palace was more her ting.”
This is a bit of an inside joke because of a very specific reason.
That is a bit of a dig at Kim Kardashian because Palace has a large number of dark-skinned colored players on the team.
In fact, the majority of the players on the London side are dark-skinned, including some of their best players like Wilfried Zaha, Eberechi Eze as well as Odsonne Edouard.

Does Kardashian actually support Arsenal?
A lot of Arsenal fans were confused to see Kardashian attend their game because she’s never really indicated her love for them in the past.
That was the first time she attended a match at the Emirates Stadium and it appears that was mostly for her son Saint West, who is a big supporter of the Gunners.
On the game of the game, Kim also posted a few Instagram stories where she seemingly promoted multiple bottles of Prime – Arsenal’s official sports drink.
So, this might not be the last time Arsenal fans have seen the TV star attend their games at the Emirates Stadium either.
