Bellingham and Tchouameni Show What ‘Friendship FC’ Truly Means

Gameweek 11 of the LaLiga witnessed the first official El Clásico of the 2023-2024 season.

Barcelona and Real Madrid, a rivalry that has produced some of the most memorable football games in the past, lived upto the expectations yet again.

A Young and Ferocious Barcelona side drew first blood at the Spotify Camp Nou through Ilkay Gündogan’s goal in just six minutes.

The German International bagged his first goal for the club and there could be no better time to score than the El Clásico.

However, it was Real Madrid who managed to turn things around in the second half. The Club’s Second Most Expensive Record Signing, Jude Bellingham, who was making his El Clásico debut, scored in the the 68th minute of the game to bring things on level.

The England International was not done yet, as Bellingham’s heroics in stoppage time, secured three points for Real Madrid which takes them to the top of LaLiga with 28 points, on level with Girona. 

The Los Blancos have witnessed some of the famous bromances in the past between club legends Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo and Marcelo.

Friendship FC Emerges

It is fair to the say, the arrival of Jude Bellingham at the club has also created a sense of unity amongst the players at the club.

The England international received a warm welcome from club striker Vinicius Jr. as the players have been quite active on commenting on each other’s posts on social media.

The Brazilian international jokingly invited Bellingham to join their next dance celebration post scoring a goal in the upcoming games wherein Bellingham was quick to accept the challenge.

In the game against Napoli, The brazillian kneeled before Bellingham and pretended to click his photo while Bellingham was performing his trademark Open Hand celebration.

Furthermore, post the 2-1 win over Barcelona, fellow Midfield players Aurélien Tchouaméni and Jude Bellingham, were quick to post on their social media account, trolling Barcelona for their Rolling Stones pre-match campaign.

Tchouaméni tweeted “Like a Belling’ Stone😛” sharing a pic of him and Bellingham shaking hands.

The England International replied to the tweet with a Beatles fan art that comprised of four Real Madrid players ( Federico Valverde, Jude Bellingham, Eduardo Camavinga and Aurélien Tchouaméni) walking on Abbey Road.

The midfield Duo could also been in happy spirits post the game as the two were seen holding hands on their way out of the stadium. 

The players were seen walking out towards the team bus in jou spirits, holding hands post their game.

The video shared by a fan on X( then twitter) captured the hearts of fellow Madridistas as the two displayed a great sign of brotherhood and unity in the team.

The two players have been the heart of the Real Madrid Midfield this season and with their heartwarming gesture of holding hands coupled with their social media exchange, the team undoubtedly seems to be on top of the world following their hard fought victory over Clásico rivals FC Barcelona.

It can be safely stated that alongside Vinicius Jr and Bellingham, Tchouaméni is the latest addition to the ‘Friendship Fc’, a term that denotes united and brotherhood on and off the pitch

Coming back to the football front, the midfield duo will be seen in the next game for Real Madrid, as the Los Blancos will be looking to secure three back to back wins in all competitions when they host Rayo Vallecano at the Santiago Bernabéu in Gameweek 12 of the LaLiga.
