Jude Bellingham is one of the most high-profile footballers in the world currently. Owing to the marketability and his star status, Bellingham often interacts with some of the most popular celebrities.
One such interaction is going viral as Football Twitter is loving the unexpected collab between Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham and Paul Anderson, aka Arthur Shelby of Peaky Blinders.
Their interaction began last month when both Jude and Anderson were a part of the official reveal video for Birmingham City’s new stadium, named the Birmingham City Powerhouse Stadium.
Jude famously played for Birmingham City as a teenager before his move to Borussia Dortmund, leaving such a great impact that Birmingham decided to retire his #22 jersey. Meanwhile, Anderson’s Peaky Blinders is based in Birmingham, which means both of them have strong connections to the city and the football club.
Below the video for the official launch film, Bellingham left a comment “🔝💙🙌🏼”, to which Anderson replied “JUDE’S A BLINDER! #GETRIGHTON”.
Moreover, Anderson also reposted a Jude Bellingham fan account’s edit of Anderson and Bellingham with the iconic Peaky Blinders Newsboy Cap and their interaction in the comments, with the caption “Game recognizes Game @judebellingham”.
In the latest series of gestures towards one another, Bellingham has sent a signed Real Madrid jersey alongside a special message for Anderson:
“To Boycey, from one peaky blinder to another. Lots of love and admiration, Best wishes.”
Anderson posted the jersey on his Instagram Story with the caption “@judebellingham you absolute blinder! #KEEPRIGHTON”
