Ahead of PSG’s Champions League opener against Slovan Bratislava on September 9, 2026, manager Luis Enrique made a surprise call, benching four key players at once: Doué, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, captain Marquinhos, and João Neves, handing starts instead to a lineup built around Ferran Torres.
