There’s a red top doing the rounds as Leeds United’s third kit for 20/21 season

Anticipation for the next season is sky high amongst Leeds United faithful as they await club’s first season in the top-flight after a 16-year exile.

After a multi-million deal with Leeds, Adidas will be holding the responsibility to supply the kits for the Yorkshire club in their first season back in the Premier League.

The fans got to have a look at the home and away strips for the 20/21 season via leaks from the ever-reliable Footy Headlines.

Now, a fresh new image posing as Leeds’ third kit for the upcoming season has been doing rounds online. However, unlike the home and away kits, this one seems to be a complete disaster as fans are left fuming over the hideous red design of the jersey.

The colour red is passionately hated in West Yorkshire due to the historic rivalry between Leeds and Manchester United. Even sponsors such as casino giants ’32 Red’ and McDonald’s had to do away with their traditional red colour in order to establish themselves with the club.

Check out the kit below –

Although the source of the supposed leaked third kit is not much credible, the signs indeed point towards a grim reality for the fans.
