Jamie Carragher just couldn’t hide his inner Liverpool fan as Marquinhos put PSG ahead with a bullet header in their Champions League game against Manchester City.
The former Reds player was on punditry business with CBS Sports and jumped in sheer jubilation as the PSG defender met Di Maria’s corner in an exquisite manner in the first half at Parc des Princes.
Liverpool and Manchester City have developed quite a bit of rivalry in the last few years as the two sides have been involved in the most entertaining of matches while fighting for the Premier League title.
Both the sides have been a league above every other team in the Premier League and it would have been another enticing title race between Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp’s side this time around as well had the Reds not fallen apart midway through the season.
