Antoine Semenyo’s 25/26 season has been nothing short of blockbuster. The winger set the Premier League on fire by scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists in the first half of the season. The incredible performances naturally attracted attention from big clubs like City and Liverpool.
The winger did eventually move to City in the winter transfer window for a fee of 62.5 Million Pounds. The forward has not eased the foot of the pedal for the Mancunians, as he has already scored 6 goals and provided an assist for the Blues in the Premier League and Carabao Cup.
The performances have been a breath of fresh air for the fans and the team that was yearning for Semenyo’s explosiveness and unpredictable ability on the wings. Also, for our more musically curious readers, the chorus of this particular song has been taken from the 2002 song “Just the way you are” by Italian dance music outfit Milky. Even though the original lyrics may not apply to Antoine, it can be seen where they got their inspiration from.
